Join us in celebrating Hispanic and Latino students

National Hispanic Heritage Month kicks off September 15 through October 15!

Did you know the number of Americans with a Hispanic or Latin background is more than 62 million?

This month, we would like to recognize our students with Hispanic and Latin American roots who play high school football, as well as their families.

We celebrate their achievements and contributions—on and off the field. We honor all that they are and the rich traditions they share with us. We are proud to have them on our teams.

Whether you’re a player, a coach or a staff member, use #ThisIsHSFootball to share on social media what high school football has meant to you!

Talk to your high school’s athletic director or football coach about your student joining the team. #ThisIsHSFootball

football is all about

Here’s a fact not many people talk about: the most talented 14-year-old football players rarely make it to the pros. Since student-athletes grow and develop at different rates, talent at a young age is never a guarantee for long-term success.

Football isn’t just for star athletes.

What’s one of the most accessible and affordable ways to play football?

Looking for your middle schooler to be challenged? To grow? To belong?

There’s a journey waiting for you on the football field.
